The Farmhouse  property stretches onto 8 hectares of vineyards, olive trees  and forest and is the ideal place for longwalks through the property panoramic path or towards the narrow medieval streets of the Borgo. Trekking on Monte Prana

On foot from the Borgo of Nocchi you can reach the top of monte Prana from where you can have the best panoramic view of Apuane Alps and Tirrenian Sea.
 
 Biking around between olive trees and wineyards on the hills of Lucca.
Mountain-bike are at disposal of Farmhouse tenants.

 Departing from the farmhouse you can reach little villages with beautiful romanic churches or choose panoramic paths in the forest.

 

 

A day on the beach

 In 10 minutes by car you can reach the popular beach of Viareggio where you can use an reserved beachplace .
